This Buggy Spring Stand pays tribute to 18th century transportation and the introduction of spring suspension to horse drawn carriages. Three springs of differing lengths, part of a full-elliptical assembly, are shaped and bound together by 1/4″ steel rod to support a concave harrow. The stand is a testament to the enduring capacity and will of iron, forged and shaped in the industrial revolution.
